Kapstadt Zestaw walizek · rozszerzalny

I love my new cabin suitcase. Steel Blue is a strikingly deep and lustrous colour. It’s a neat and functional design that looks, feels and is well made. I can’t wait to use it. Having the lock at the top makes so much sense. Having two zipped up sides means not having to be careful when opening the case to catch anything that’s loose. It eliminates that challenge all together!

I do wonder why the cross straps inside are so long? The adjustable length would never fit in the case if it was pulled to capacity.
I am from the UK and did not realise that I could have spent more than £135 as Eminent cover all charges. It does state this on the website but as I’ve had to pay customs tax before with another company I was extra cautious. No need to split any purchases. Really good service!

We reported a problem with a new suitcase and were able to enact the warranty. Customer service were able to help us out.

The suitcase has great quality and beautiful design and color, a tall handle and has the option to expand capacity. It has everything I need in a suitcase! I love it!

I got this suitcase as I was going to Thailand for 2 weeks and needed something bigger. I opted for the expandable just in case I needed extra space. It took about 10 days to arrive & came well packaged. Now for a bit more details...

Firstly, this bag is HUGE. I'm used to using a 24L Medium sizes luggage so I was not prepared for the amount of space it comes with. I was able to pretty pack 95% of my clothes in one compartment. Secondly it is quite lightweight for how big it is but it still takes up 4.5kg of your luggage weight. So I will definitely advice to exercise restraint in packing it to the brim unless you've got 30kg allowance, taller than 5'5 and good with heavy weights 😆 I found it hard to carry when it was fully packed but I weigh 60kg & not strong in the slightest so that was a given.

In terms of durability, it held up pretty well considering it went through 3 airports eacg way to & from Thailand. I was a bit worried cos on first impressions, the material does feel like ABS plastic as it's so lightweight. But thankfully there was little to no scratches after my travel and the wheels performed really well gliding across the ground. I also loved how they provide a nice luggage tag with it & I loved the amount of compartments it had.

The only negative feedback I would give is that I think they can make the main metal handle a bit sturdier. I own a medium suitcase from the brand, Level8 and the handle on there is super sturdy in that it doesn't budge at all or rattle when you pull it out. Also I did find the material Level8 used (Makrolon Polycarbonate) appears more tougher in feel in comparison to the Bayern Polycarbonate used for this suitcase. But considering there was barely a scratch or dent after using it, I think it's pretty durable

But overall, really love my suitcase. I doubt I'll need the expandable zip as it's quite spacious already but I do think it's durable enough to last me a couple of years. Last 2 pics attached are what it looks like after my trip :)

Sehr guter Koffer..

I have purchased Eminent luggage in the past and found it to be strong and sturdy, I therefore had no hesitation in purchasing again and am delighted with my new cases

I have purchased Eminent luggage in the past and decided make another purchase based on the quality of the products.
The case is well made and looks like it will stand up to much use.
My only negative comment is I ordered a grey case but was sent a red one instead! I couldn't be bothered arranging for it to be returned. However, the red case is a very nice colour.

Guter Preis
Guter Artikel

I’m absolutely delighted with my new Eminent suitcase. The quality, materials, and overall finish have exceeded my expectations. It feels like a well-designed, premium product.
I’m equally impressed with the entire purchasing and delivery experience. Communication was excellent from start to finish, with regular updates keeping me informed about the status of my shipment every step of the way.

Highly recommended!

Great quality, I would recommend to anyone

Leggera, maneggevole pratica

Schnelle Lieferung. Ordentlich verpackt. Der Koffer hat eine sehr gute Qualität.

Sehr stabiler Koffer, schöne Farbe (Gold), praktisches Design

Ordered this expecting it to arrive in 7 days as advertised, but finally delivered (after 5 days in customs) 11 days later due to the utterly incompetent Royal Mail / Parcelforce delivery service. If there's any way to use an alternative for deliveries to in the UK, it would be wise to use it.

Sehr guter Koffer. Was will man mehr?
