Shipping Information
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver only to the EU, the UK, Switzerland and Norway. We also do not currently deliver to remote islands or regions with special customs or tax arrangements, such as Heligoland, Büsingen, the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Overseas France, Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, the Azores, Madeira, the Channel Islands and a few others.
For orders from certain regions including the above mentioned we reserve the right to refuse the order. If you are uncertain if it is possible to ship to your address please feel free to contact our customer service team here.
Delivery Services
Orders with a delivery address in Germany are shipped either with DPD or DHL from our warehouse in Germany. You can choose your carrier at checkout.
Other orders with a delivery address in the EU, UK, Switzerland or Norway are shipped with DPD or DHL from our warehouse in Germany.
Express delivery is available within Germany: orders placed before 10:00 (German time) are delivered the next working day with DPD Express (€2.99 from €100, €8.99 below).
Delivery Time
We work relentlessly to bring your new Eminent item to you as quickly as possible. For all orders placed before 10:00 (German time) between Monday and Friday the order will still be shipped the same working day.
Orders with delivery within Germany will usually be delivered within 1-2 working days. In many cases the order is delivered the next working day, but we cannot guarantee this.
Orders within the EU (excluding Germany) are usually delivered within 2-4 working days to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, within 2-5 working days to France, Italy and Spain, and within 3-7 working days to all other EU countries.
Orders to the UK and Norway are typically delivered within 2-5 working days, and orders to Switzerland within 2-4 working days.
Delivery Cost
Standard shipping is free of charge for orders from €100 (except for orders to Switzerland and Norway). For orders below this threshold a flat standard shipping rate of €6 applies.
For orders to Switzerland a flat shipping rate of CHF 10 applies.
For orders to Norway a flat shipping rate of NOK 100 applies.
Duties and taxes
Duties and import VAT for deliveries to the UK, Switzerland and Norway are included in the price. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Returns
The return period for all our items (except for gift cards and personalised items) is 30 days. For gift cards please refer to the conditions listed on the product page.
Please note that we can only accept returns for items
- which are unused and in resalable condition,
- where the lock combinations have not been changed,
- which have a complete set of accessories (if they are delivered with any),
- for shiny suitcases where the protective film has not been removed,
- where the labels have not been cut off.
For items which are returned and do not fulfill all of the above requirements we reserve the right to reject the return of the item.
We hope for your understanding that due to the size of our products we cannot offer to deliver multiple items for selection.

Exchanges
For exchanges the same period applies as for returns. While we cannot directly exchange the product against the product you have purchased against a different one we can issue you a gift card or discount after the initially ordered item is returned which you can use to purchase the item you want to order instead.
